We manufacture insulations for any type of exhaust parts (turbocharger, SCR, flanges, compensators, etc.) and propose customized and dismountable solutions in order to avoid burns, improve after-treatment systems, limit thermal radiations and risk of fire.

Whether for the purpose of shipyard for brand-new boats or maintenance work / re-engining, DBM Technologie has always a solution for you.

We can manufacture or duplicate thermal insulations / thermal blankets from a damaged one as a model, on-site measurement, pictures or drawings.

Our thermal insulations are easy and fast to install, and withstand vibrations, fluid-projections, high temperatures and help our customers to comply with Stage 5 (Stage V), IMO Tier 3 (IMO III) and SOLAS standards.

Furthermore, we have no minimum ordered quantities. We manufacture from unit parts up to 10, 15, 20-part references and more in case of emergency and we are able to provide you parts within a few days !
